O semin\u00e1rio ocorreu no Teatro Manoel Bezerra de Melo e teve como tema \u201cOs Desafios da Gest\u00e3o Educacional e Escolar\u201d. O evento contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de gestoras educacionais da rede municipal do munic\u00edpio da regi\u00e3o e da rede estadual de S\u00e3o Paulo, com debates, apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de artigos cient\u00edficos de alunos do curso e um\u00a0Caf\u00e9 e Pedag\u00f3gico.\u00a0<\/p><p>O primeiro dia foi marcado por uma palestra interativa, com troca de experi\u00eancias e debates sobre os desafios da gest\u00e3o educacional e escolar entre docentes, discentes do curso e as convidadas: professora Nath\u00e1lia Deliberato Aspasio Sartori, diretora da EM Coronel Almeida e coordenadora do N\u00facleo Pedag\u00f3gico da Prefeitura Municipal de S\u00e3o Paulo e a professora Mayara Caroline Freitas da Silva Souza, coordenadora de Gest\u00e3o Pedag\u00f3gica no Itaim Paulista.\u00a0<\/p><p>No segundo dia, foi realizado um Caf\u00e9 Pedag\u00f3gico na \u00e1rea externa do Teatro para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos banners e artigos cient\u00edficos escritos por alunos de Pedagogia, com a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o dos professores, considerando tr\u00eas linhas de pesquisa: forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores, gest\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica e gest\u00e3o da sala de
